Washington-Wilkes Parks and Rec department makes a huge impact on the community through its summer and after school programs for kids and involvement in community events. Pete Gartrell, manager of Parks and Rec, is a wonderful role model and leader. We are fortunate to have this great facility in Washington-Wilkes!
